Particularly good location in the heart of Bologna, I liked my stay. The room was impeccably clean and fine with very comfy beds and central heating, a laptop-size safe, and multi-channel TV.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Continental Urban Art. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including my room and bathroom. the staff were incredibly courteous, patient, and competent, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. the breakfast provided exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I must give a special thank you to one particular staff member who served me with exceptional courtesy. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 🌟.

The Superior rooms at Continental Urban Art Hotel are simply amazing! The spacious and private terrace is perfect for chilling out and enjoying some fresh air. Plus, the connecting rooms with their own bathrooms are so convenient for a larger group like ours. The elegant furnishings and LCD TV with free Mediaset Premium channels just add to the overall comfort and enjoyment. As someone who values relaxation and convenience, these rooms were a dream come true.

While everything about the Superior rooms was fantastic, I personally didn't find much use for the air conditioning. But that's just my opinion and I know others might appreciate it more.

The room was super clean and had all the essentials like a shower, hair dryer, and even a bidet. Everything was spotless and in top-notch condition! 🧼

In the room, you'll find a TV with lots of channels, air conditioning, and a safe big enough for your laptop. the bed is super comfy 🛌. the bathroom is nice too, with a bathtub for a relaxing soak.

I absolutely loved the elegant decor and contemporary details of the hotel. The modern design with the backlit wall that lights up at sundown was simply breathtaking. It gave the hotel a quality feel that made me feel special. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me, as a senior woman, to navigate around. The accessibility for senior people was great, with clear signage and video-surveillance in some areas for added security. It made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay.

If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more attentive staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed overwhelmed and not always available to assist.

Buffet breakfast had a variety of options. Helpful staff provided transport info. Reception open late. Clean, comfortable room with necessary amenities. Good transport connections nearby.

The location here is conveniently quiet with on-site parking, making it a very good place for a short business trip stay.

continental urban art hotel in zola predosa exceeded my expectations. lovely staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, and convenient location near Unipol arena. parking area under rooms, gym available. the only downside was sound insulation, but it didn't bother me.

The hotel was also conveniently located near a train stop and bus route, making it easy to explore the city.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel is conveniently located just 10ks from Bologna, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. We had a car and appreciated the parking facilities, as parking in Bologna can be a challenge. The hotel is also close to the railway station, so we were able to leave the car behind and easily take the train into Bologna. The room was comfortable and the overall experience was highly recommendable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.
